All purchases made on ERP-TRAINING-SYSTEMS are for digital learning products, including:

            •           SAP e-learning courses,

            •           instructional videos,

            •           practice exercises, and

            •           downloadable training materials.

 

Once access credentials or login details have been provided, the digital product is considered delivered and consumed.

 

 

 

2. No Refunds After Access

 

Since our products are digital in nature and can be used immediately upon access,

no refunds will be issued once course access has been granted.

This policy ensures fairness and prevents misuse of our learning platform.

 

 

 

3. Refund Eligibility

 

Refunds are possible only if the course or access credentials have not yet been delivered.

7. No Financial Compensation

 

We do not provide financial compensation for temporary access issues or technical interruptions.

In the event of a verified outage of our learning platform, we may extend course access time as a gesture of goodwill, equivalent to the time lost.

📩 Our typical response time is within 24–36 hours, depending on the volume of inquiries.

📆 On weekends and public holidays, responses may take longer.

⚡ In urgent cases, we do our best to respond faster, but this cannot be guaranteed.
